Will I lose control over my books?

Timely and accurate weekly reports at your fingertips not only increase your control, but your confidence and management decisions as well.
How does my transition over to RAS happen?
With the installation of a scanner, invoices and all documents are uploaded to RAS. We connect to your P.O.S. for sales, and reconcile all accounts via online banking. Payroll information is shared with your current provider, or expertly completed by RAS as most prefer. Most importantly, your dedicated bookkeeper and Senior Accounting Manager will be with you every step of the way.
How do you pay my bills?
You provide invoices weekly via your RAS scanner. We provide your accounts payable report weekly. As always, you make the payment decisions / set payment criteria – we pay the bills.
How does my restaurant operate during the transition?
RAS immediately assumes all bookkeeping functions. We contact your vendors for statements to reconcile accounts payable; we reconcile and get your checkbook(s) up to date, etc. The only thing you’ll lose is stress!
If my bookkeeping is behind, can you catch me up?
Absolutely! Don’t worry, this is not unusual and we’ve seen and corrected it all. RAS makes it easier than you could imagine.
Who will pay my taxes?
We handle every aspect of your bookkeeping function, including remittance of taxes due on your behalf.
Can I keep my CPA?
Absolutely! We are happy to work with your current financial advisors. (They’re always impressed with the financial records we provide.) At the end of the year, RAS transmits a tax package to your CPA to prepare your returns.
How will I be communicating with RAS?
Your Senior Account Manager will ensure a smooth transition and provide complete oversight. Your dedicated RAS bookkeeper will be your main point of contact.
